All product orders will be shipped within 2 business days from date order is received before 12pm central. Any order received after 12:01pm central will be shipped on the third business day. All order shipped will only be shipped to the billing address related to the credit card used for related product purchase or reordering or monthly product or service autoship.
All order will be shipped with tracking number and type of service will be determined by the customer at time of purchase with related options and fees listed. Products can be shipped ground, priority, second day or overnight with applicable fees added to the product purchase at time of check out. Company will not be responsible for any lost shipment that was verifiable delivered to credit card holder's address as it is the responsibility forcustomer to have secured delivery address.
Company will not accept orders or ship orders outside the United States until such time Company is conducting business in any specific country.
In the event of any product damaged during shipping Customer will contact Company within 2 business days for instructions for return shipping and replacement of product. Company will require notification by email or phone call and require customer take digital picture of damaged product and submit to company customer service.
